The Office of Web Design & Support recently launched Open Text, the content management software formerly known as RedDot. While this release offers new features, streamlined context menus, and improved accessibility, many elements are noticeably different such as the text editor, functionality, and visual presentation. This course will provide new and current Southeast web editors with an overview of how to effectively use Open Text, as well as guidelines for semantic and user-centric writing for the web.
