Theatre and Dance Scholarship/Workship Application

Use this form to apply for all the scholarships listed below.

• Prospective scholarship recipients must participate in an audition/interview session. Sessions are held in January and February for use during the following academic year.
• Audition dates and venues for the 2011-2012 academic year will be posted here in Sept 2010.
