The complete works of Bach and Beethoven, Broadway musical scores, artwork on slides, CDs, dance reference books and videos are available at your fingertips in the Arts Resource Center (ARC). The ARC provides you easy access to these materials by bringing them together in an inviting atmosphere. The 1,675 square-foot space comprises two adjoining rooms with comfortable furniture, wireless internet access and 27 computer stations. It also serves as the main computer lab for River Campus.
The ARC is open and available to students Monday thru Thursday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Fridays 9:00 to 2:00 pm. A complete list of amended hours of operations during finals week, breaks and for finals week is also available. The Center offers materials unique to students of the arts including:
- The latest composition software complete with keyboards
- Mac and PC computers
- Play Scripts and reference materials
- Art reference books
- Printing, copier and scanning capabilities
After hours and on weekends, students have access to Kent Library, the main book and materials repository for Southeast Missouri State University. Some ARC materials are available to be checked out and adhere to the same circulation policy as Kent Library. In addition, students have access to a number of computer labs located on our main and regional campuses.
