After receiving her MSW from the University of Kansas, Jocelyn practiced as a clinical social worker in mental health in both Missouri and Kansas, before returning to KU for her PhD. She taught for 7 yers in teh BSW & MSW programs at Austin Peay State Univeristy before coming to Southeaset Missouri State University.
Her reserach interests include the use of virtual environments in social work practice, program evaluation & international social work. She teaches Introduction to Social Work, Understading Culture & Diversity, HBSE II, and Mental Health.
