Reservations
- No reservations can be made without full payment
- Please reserve your equipment in advance when possible
- You must have a current valid Southeast ID or SRC membership ID
- Reservations can be made anytime the SRC is open
Walk-Up Reservations & Check-Out
- Requires SE or SRC ID and full payment
- You can check-out equipment without prior reservations anytime the Outdoor Adventure Assistant Director or a Building Supervisor is available to assist you
- Equipment is limited, we cannot guarantee the equipment you request will be available - please make your reservations in advance when possible
Check-Out & Check-In
- Large equipment and special requests may require an appointment to pick-up equipment - please call ahead or be prepared to wait if you're renting a canoe
- Equipment check-out and check-in may be made anytime the SRC is open
Refunds & Cancellations
- Full Refund - Cancellation made two full days prior to check-out
- 50% Refund - Cancellation made one full day prior to check-out
- No Refund - Cancellation made on the day of requested check-out or failure to pick-up equipment on the requested check-out day
Late Fees
- Late fees will be assessed at the overnight rental fee per item for each day after the check-in date
Cleaning Fees
- Cleaning fees will be charged for items returned soiled
- Tents and Sleeping Bags $5 charge per item
- All other items $3 charge per item
Damage & Replacement Fees
- In the event equipment is not returned, lost, stolen, destroyed, or returned unusable; the full replacement fee will be assessed per item
- Damage fees will be assessed per item based on the item and cost to repair or replace said item(s)
