From Cape  Girardeau

• Take I-55  south to Sikeston - approximately 28 miles.
• Turn west onto  Exit 66B / US 60 West toward Poplar Bluff - approximately 50 miles. 
• From US 60 West, take  the second Poplar Bluff exit onto US 67 South/Westwood Boulevard. 
• Go 1.6 miles and turn right  (west) onto Three Rivers Boulevard.
• Go 0.7 miles on  Three Rivers Boulevard to the TRCC campus.

From Bootheel/South

• Take HWY 53 to Poplar Bluff. 
• Turn right onto  HWY 67 North/Westwood Boulevard  and go approximately 1.7 miles.
• Turn left onto PP HWY/Kanell Boulevard and go approximately 0.7 miles. 
• Turn  right onto Hershell Bess Boulevard and  go 0.6 miles to the TRCC campus.
