Alumni Invited to Participate in Choral Reunion Concert

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Jan. 31, 2013 – Southeast Missouri State University choral alumni are hosting the first ever Choral Reunion Concert and Reception on Saturday, March 16, at Southeast’s River Campus.
The concert is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. in the Donald C. Bedell Performance Hall.
All singers who ever participated in a choir at Southeast are welcome. Retired Southeast Choral Directors, Dr. Doyle Dumas and Dr. John Egbert, and current Choral Director, Dr. Peter Durrow, will rehearse with and conduct the concert.
A reception will immediately follow the concert.
“We encourage everyone who will not be singing to come and hear some wonderful music as an audience member and join us at the reception following the concert,” said Carolinn Sullivan-Devos, organizer of the event.
