CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Dec. 8, 2010 – The Southeast Missouri State University Board of Regents today reappointed Thomas Swayne Byrd and appointed Dr. Ronald Rosati, Southeast provost, to the River Campus Board of Managers.

Byrd, who serves as a University representative on the Board, will serve a term expiring Dec. 1, 2013. Rosati replaces Kathy Mangels as a University representative on the Board. Rosati will serve a one-year term expiring Dec. 1, 2011. Rosati’s appointment is for one year to replace Mangels who served during the transition of the University provost. In addition to Byrd and Rosati, Dr. Gary Miller, director of the Earl and Margie Holland School of Visual and Performing Arts, serves as a University representative on the River Campus Board of Managers. City representatives on the board are Jerry Ford, Ruth Knote and Dennis Vollink.
