| DETAILS: | The David M. Barton Agriculture Research Center Field Day will showcase Southeast Missouri State University’s growing Department of Agriculture. The day’s events will include a legislative update by U.S. Rep. Jo Ann Emerson and informational field and beef research sessions on fertilizer trials, nitrogen stabilizers in corn, sweet sorghum production for alcohol fuels, vegetable production, beef genetics and riparian strips. Agriculture vendors will have booths with products on display and walking tours of the Center will be available. |
