Southeast Missouri State University

Choral Union

The Choral Union is the University’s largest choir.  Each semester, more than 100 singers from the University and the community gather to rehearse and perform major choral works with the Southeast Missouri Symphony Orchestra.

This choir has performed masterworks from Handel’s Messiah to Rutter’s Requiem to pieces especially commissioned for Southeast Missouri State.  The Choral Union meets from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays in room 155 of the Cultural Arts Center at the River Campus.  No audition is required!

If you would like to know more about choral opportunities at Southeast call or e-mail Dr. Peter Durow.
