Student Advising and Support Services

SEM also provides you with an academic advisor who can assist you in determining the courses you need to reach your academic goals. Special attention is given to your future educational plans to ensure classes taken at SEM will transfer to the college or university you plan to attend. In addition, the academic advisor will assist you with enrollment, registration and financial aid information.

Each semester, SEM offers a number of workshops designed to enhance student success. Workshop topics include: test taking, study skills and time management, to name a few. These workshops are offered at a variety of times in order to fit your schedule.
