Heather's primary duties include responding to application inquiries, processing incoming applications, issuing appropriate immigration documents, and mailing admission packets to new students.  She is a Southeast graduate with bachelor's degrees in biology and German, as well as a master's degree in higher education administration.  Prior to joining the IES staff in 2009, Heather spent six years working as an academic advisor at Southeast.  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to visit friends, playing volleyball and completing the final courses towards her master's in TESOL.
