Applicants who are not US citizens, US permanent residents or asylees are required to apply as international students through the Office of International Education & Services. EXCEPTION: returning undergraduate international students should apply directly through the Office of Admissions.
Newly admitted undergraduate and graduate students in good academic standing are eligible for the Office of International Education & Services scholarship.
