The 2013 vision insurance provider is Vision Service Plan (VSP). Two vision plans are available:
- Plan A (Exam Plus Plan)
- Plan B (Standard Enhanced High Option)
A list of participating doctors can be located on VSP's website and is updated weekly. However, if you decide not to see a VSP doctor, you are required to pay the provider in full at the time of service and submit a claim within 6 months to VSP for partial reimbursement.
