The Southeast Office of Residence Life provides many services for students, both on-campus and off. From banking and computer labs, to laundry and custodial services, you'll find plenty of information here!

Banking Services
U.S. Bank provides a Cash Dispensing Machine in Towers Complex, and an ATM and full-service bank within the University Center.
The Beanery Café
The Beanery Café is not your typical campus dining facility. The Menu is delightful with sandwiches comprised of fresh roasted meat, special recipe sauces and “Baked-Fresh-This-Morning” rosemary, Italian cracked wheat, Swedish orange rye, sourdough and beer barrel breads with an assortment of fresh made and deli salads. And of course, The Beanery Café proudly brews Starbucks coffee and espresso drinks.
Computer Access/Information
Information Technology operates many computer labs across campus including the main lab in Towers Complex. All rooms area also hard-wired with high-speed internet access for each person in the room.
Custodial Services
Custodial staff work daily to clean all residence hall facilities. Common areas, including lounges, hallways, and bathroom facilities are maintained by custodial services. Private student bathrooms, those only accessible to a specific room or suite are maintained by the students living in the room.
Customer Service Centers
The customer service desk in every residence hall or complex offers a variety of services to meet student needs. The Towers Complex desk is open 24-hours a day.
Mail Services
U.S.P.S. and campus mail, as well as UPS, Federal Express and other services are delivered daily to your mailbox within your residence hall or complex.
Maintenance Services
The University’s Facilities Management Department is responsible for the maintenance and physical upkeep of the residence halls. You can learn more Facilities Management by accessing their Service Guide. If you need to submit a work order please complete a work order via the online work order system.
Residence Hall Linens
The Residence Hall Association (RHA) , a student lead organization of residence hall students, has partnered with Residence Hall Linens for several years to provide our students and families with a convenient, affordable way to ensure you have sheets that will fit all of the beds on campus. Proceeds from this program are used for programming in the residence halls. Telephone Service
Students must supply their own phone. Local telephone service and voicemail can be provided by contacting the University's Telecommunications department as these services are not included with your housing fees.Residents may choose to contract long distance service through Telecommunications Services.
