Towers North offers students a living environment that is well suited to the preferences of today's students (reserved for freshmen). Recently renovated, North offers suite-style arrangements with ample lounge space on each floor.

Two-Double Rooms (Suite-Style). Mattresses are extra-long twin size (80” long). Room measurements for double occupancy rooms (approximate) are 11’7” W x 13’8” L x 9’6” H. Window sizes are 43.5” W x 60.5” H.

Triple Room (example room x07). Mattresses are extra-long twin size (80” long). Room measurements (approximate) are 20’10” W x 15’2” L x 9’6” H (corner triple) and 21’6” W x 15’8” L x 9’6” H (end triple). Window sizes are 43.5” W x 60.5” H.Rooms x07 are end triples, whereas x02 and x12 are corner triples. Note: “x” stands for the floor, so 307 is the end triple on the third floor and 1112 is a corner triple on the eleventh floor.
Each floor includes four four-person suites and three triple rooms. Each suite or room has its own bath. Students on each floor share access to a laundry room, kitchenette, and lounge area. The lounge has a television, comfortable furniture, an ice machine, and a microwave.
Each room is equipped with a cable TV and phone line (phone service not included in the room rate and must be contracted for separately with Telecommunications). There are also LAN (Local Area Network) ports for each resident of the room.
Towers North is fully accessible to students with disabilities.
First-Year Housing: Only first-year students who submit a completed Contract for University Housing and the deposit before early in the housing application process are eligible to live in Towers North.
Towers North adjoins Towers Complex, which includes a 24-hour service desk, study areas, lounges, central mailroom, and computer lab, as well as Towers Dining Center and Rowdy's restaurant.
