Nikki Ciarlette joined the Office of Residence Life staff in 2006 as a Hall Director. Before becoming the Towers North Hall Director, Nikki served as the Hall Director of Myers/Cheney Halls, Towers North, and Towers South. In 2012 Nikki was promoted to the Area Coordinator position for her successful work in the residence halls at Southeast.

Nikki is originally from Joliet, Illinois.  Nikki completed her undergraduate studies in Communication Disorders at Northern Illinois University and graduate studies in Educational Administration at the University of South Dakota.  In addition to working in Residence Life, Nikki is also an adjunct instructor in the Department of Communication Disorders where she teaches one section of Language and Culture of the Deaf.

Outside of Southeast, Nikki is very involved in her church where she team teaches Sunday School.  She also enjoys spending time reading, scrapbooking, singing and baking.
