Are you wondering what you will eat when you live at Southeast? It’s a common question. Southeast realizes the importance of dining services in your college life. It’s something we take seriously. Our dining provider, Chartwells Educational Dining Services, serves quality, nutritionally balanced meals and specialty foods everyday.
At Southeast, you will experience a dining program that is:
- Award-Winning and Among the Best in the Midwest: Chartwells at Southeast has repeatedly been recognized as one of the top dining service programs in the Midwest. Within the past six years Chartwells as Southeast has three times been selected as the “Regional Account of the Year,” beating out more than 70 other college and university dining service programs in the Midwest.
- Full of Choices: Meal plan dining service is located at five locations across campus (Towers Cafe, Redhawk Market, Rowdy's, Olives, and Skylight Terrace) with options available up to 17 hours a day. The options available every day are too numerous to list. Check out today’s menu.
- Brand Name: Dining at Southeast is far from a traditional cafeteria experience. Options on campus include Chick-fil-a, Acentos Latino, Papa Johns Pizza and Players Grill.
- Fun: At Southeast, you can catch the big game at Rowdy's or maybe the jazz band in the University Center or just catch up with friends at Towers – all while enjoying a great meal. Special events such as steak night, the Homecoming picnic and the Annual Iron Chef competition are definite crowd pleasers.
- Student Friendly: Southeast students serve on the Dining Service Advisory Committee and give feedback to make food service on campus even better. Chartwells’ employees take pride in providing first-rate service. Do you have a suggestion to improve your meal? Great – just let them know.
Follow this link to access the Meals Only Contract. This meals contract should only be used by students/faculty/staff not living in one of the residence halls. Greystone and Shivelbine residents must complete a Meals Only Contact as a condition of living in these on campus leased properties.
