Unofficial Transcript Instructions

Unofficial transcript reports may be viewed and printed at any time by logging into the portal at http://portal.semo.edu and following the instructions below. See the video instructions at UT tutorial.

• Log into the portal at http://portal.semo.edu
• Select the Students Tab
• Select My Southeast where it says “Click here to open My Southeast Self Service”
• Select “click on this link to access your self service page . . .”
• Select Student and Financial Aid
• Select Student Records
• Select Unofficial Transcript
• Leave default as “all levels” and “web”
• Click Submit

Scroll down and the cumulative hours and GPA are listed above any in progress courses.
