Facilities
The Horizons Enrichment Center is located at 2100 Themis, Suite 103C in Cape Girardeau. The center is approximately 1.36 miles from the campus of Southeast Missouri State University, which enables the program to easily serve as an internship or practicum site for students at the university.
Inclement Weather Policy
For closing due to inclement weather, Horizons Enrichment Center will follow the Cape Girardeau Public School's Policy. Notification of the center closing will be announced on KFVS-TV 12.
