To serve those who…
- Prior to the age of 21 (18 with special circumstances), have been diagnosed with a developmental or mental disability
- Are not currently participating in adult habilitation
- Are residents of Cape Girardeau, Perry, Scott or Bollinger Counties
Fees
Each participant must be Medicaid eligible, but private pay also is available.
