Southeast offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with degree options available in accounting, finance, industrial management, international business, environmental management, sport management, environmental management, health administration, and entrepreneurship, in addition to the general management option that focuses on leadership and organizational behavior.

Regardless of the option selected, the MBA program is designed to develop the knowledge base, management skills and personal attributes which allow individuals to advance professionally in, and provide executive leadership to their organization. The program serves individuals wanting exposure to contemporary management thought and practice that will contribute to their continued effectiveness and professional advancement.

The Master of Science in Organizational Management is intended for people who are currently in or are seeking a supervisory management level in retailing, services and related business sectors. The curriculum is also relevant to management training for not-for-profit organizations.

The degree is especially well suited for people who do not have a major at the undergraduate level in business administration but are employed in positions with managerial responsibilities. The additional management training will allow managers to better perform in their current position and advance to mid-level managerial positions.
