Goals 2010-2011

1. Participate in the process of reconciling an updating the Faculty Handbook in close collaboration with President Dobbins and Provost Rosati.
2. Participate and cooperate in discussion and activities involving course redesign.
3. Provide support as Southeast incorporates shared governance as an AQIP action project to enhance the mission of Southeast.
4. Continue to examine faculty issues within budget parameters including tenure/promotion policies and compensation.
5. Create greater transparency in the Faculty Senate and increase communication between the Senate, faculty members and communities across campus.
