RECOMMENDATION FOR EMERITUS STATUS

BE IT RESOLVED THAT:  the Faculty Senate of Southeast Missouri State University recommends that emeritus status be conferred upon the following faculty member upon his retirement:

College of Liberal Arts
Department of History

 Joseph Richard Werne, Professor of History
 Retirement Effective:  May 31, 2011
 Period of Service:  1972-2011
