The Power of Women 

Philanthropists, Entrepreneurs & Extraordinary Ladies of Southeast

Southeast Missouri State University is sponsoring a community women's luncheon, " The Power of Women" in an effort to connect female students at Southeast with opportunities, women mentors and resources in the community. An expo showcasing local businesses and organizations will be open before the luncheon as well.

Dr. Kala Stroup will deliver the keynote address with an inspiring message about the potential women have to create change and empower them to become the leaders of tomorrow. Also speaking will be Sherri Cliffe, owner of Cliffedge Marketing, LLC and she will share her journey from her time at Southeast to owning a successful sports marketing and events company.
