On December 8, 2010, the Southeast Missouri State University Board of Regents approved the issuance of $59.25 million of educational revenue bonds to fund major capital needs on campus. Since the issuance of the bonds, architectural and engineering services have been focused on the design of Academic Hall renovations, Magill Hall renovations, the power plant conversion to natural gas, and several deferred maintenance projects. This site provides an overview of these projects.
